As both the producer and animation assistant, I was responsible for aligning the team with the project’s timeline, ensuring that all stages of production met the deadlines. This involved organizing the flow of tasks, coordinating with animators and the creative director, and managing assets. Additionally, as an animation assistant, I supported the animation team by assisting with the creation of some of the scenes, like the credits, animating the fish saying "Look Around You", and drawing some frames like the mother and the daugher in the end of the music video, also helping with some technical aspects of animation, and ensuring continuity throughout the process. My focus was on keeping the production organized, maintaining communication across the team, and making sure we met our delivery goals while staying true to the creative vision.
