"Vida Comum" and the Elements of Nostalgia
Producing the music video for Vida Comum, by artist Megic Eric, was a deep dive into the emotions stirred by nostalgia. With a script by Lara Coutinho and the sensitive direction of Isabella Moriconi, the project sought to visually translate the memories and reflections present in the song's lyrics. It was truly moving to be part of a work that touches on universal themes such as time, farewells, and the reconnection with the vastness of who we are, creating something that, just like the song, leaves a lasting impression on the heart of those who watch.
Working on Vida Comum as part of the 2024 Firjan SESI Music Marathon gave the project a special energy and urgency. Created within a limited time frame, the video was the result of an intense, collaborative effort by a team deeply attuned to the artist’s vision.
The challenge of building something so intimate under pressure made the process even more rewarding, revealing how everyday moments can unfold into powerful stories when shaped with care, intention, and trust in the team.
